Life Centre Livingston Miracle Clinic offers healing and breakthrough ministry either in person (at our Stoneyburn church location) or via zoom conferencing.
Our team of faith-filled believers have power and authority from Jesus to minister into your impossible situations. If you’ve never encountered the saving, healing, freeing power of God then it will be our teams’ joy to introduce you to Him.
We believe that God wants you to be well, free and walking in fullness with Him.

I, the undersigned, do hereby release Life Centre Livingston Miracle Clinics and their volunteers from any liability for any harm, or perceived harm, resulting from my voluntary receiving of free prayer on this and subsequent visits.
I understand that this ministry is staffed by volunteers. They are not trained or licensed professionals of counselling, therapy or other medical services.
I understand that if I am currently taking medication, or operating under the advice of a professional service, I will allow them (my doctor, therapist, counsellor etc.) to confirm any results of prayer received before altering any prescribed course of action.
I understand that I will not be advised to stop any medication or treatment by the team and that this should only be done under medical supervision.
I understand that this form and all data recorded on it is the sole property of Life Centre Livingston Miracle Clinic. The content will be held in confidence for the sole purpose of ministry to the above except and only where “by law” in regards to serious crime that we are required to divulge certain information that has arisen.
